Facilities
The Atlanta Guest House is an end-of-terrace 4 storey Victorian property about 400 meters east of the pier. the lounge and sea view rooms have panoramic vistas of the sea, beach, promenade and pier.
The guest house is operated by Jason & Caron on a full time basis. We maintain high standards of the cleanliness and customer service in a relaxed, informal environment.
Hair dryers and ironing facilities can be borrowed from reception. A payphone is also available.
Rooms are available from 1pm and guests are asked to check out by 10:30am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in reception if you wish to make the most of Eastbourne on your last day.

Parking:
The Atlanta Guest House, like most hotels and guest houses on the sea front, does not have a car park. Parking is however free and unrestricted on the sea front outside of the hotel and in the immediate side and back streets. Aspace immediately outside the hotel in high season is not always possible. f you cannot find a space on the sea front you can usually find a space at the first left into St Aubyns road and the first right into Latimer Road.
