Eastbourne Theatres is a council-owned theatre group responsible for three theatres in Eastbourne. The group is responsible for the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre and the Winter Garden.

The Bandstand was officially opened on the 5th August 1935 by the Lord Lieutenant of the county, Lord Leconfield with an audience of 8,000.
