Smoking & Vaping

Atlanta Guest House is smoke- and vape-free.

Guests & Visitors

• Only guests included within a confirmed reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
• Guest bedrooms and accommodation areas are for registered guests. Visitors must not enter guest bedrooms without prior permission from management.
• The property is private commercial premises. Persons who are not registered guests or otherwise authorised to enter must arrange an appointment or obtain permission before entering the property.
• Guests must not enter staff-only, private, kitchen, office, storage, maintenance, owners' accommodation or other restricted areas.

Food in Bedrooms

Takeaway food and hot, fried, greasy, pungent or strong-smelling food must not be consumed in guest bedrooms or bathrooms.

Quiet Hours

Conduct

Parties, excessive noise, abusive or threatening behaviour, deliberate damage, illegal activity and serious or repeated breaches of house rules are not permitted.

Children

Children under the age of 10 years are not accommodated.

Damage

Guests remain responsible for damage, excessive cleaning or remediation reasonably required as a result of their stay.
