Breakfast is served each morning in our seafront dining room, with views towards the sea and a relaxed start to the day.

Our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order using carefully selected, quality ingredients, with a focus on generous portions, good flavour and traditional favourites prepared properly.

Guests can enjoy a cooked breakfast alongside a selection of lighter options, hot drinks and accompaniments, all served in the comfort of our dining room before heading out to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding coast.

Breakfast service: 8:00am – 9:00am
